Our construction management staff has experience in institutional,
ecclesiastical, industrial and commercial construction projects.
Our staff includes project managers, construction superintendents,
carpenters and laborers. We solicit competitive bids from pre-qualified
trade contractors and provide the Owner with a summary of the bid
breakdown according to the division of work.
We take pride in the fact that we have established a reputation
for providing the Owner with a quality-constructed facility at
a competitive cost. One of the advantages that has proven to be
extremely beneficial to the Owner’s project has been our
ability to provide accurate budget forecasts.
Because of our “hands-on” involvement in the design
and construction of numerous facilities, we are able to budget a
project from a realistic cost perspective. This is invaluable as
drawings and specifications are developed, and we are able to work
together as Architect, Builder and Owner to ensure that cost constraints
are maintained. If we determine during the design phase that the
costs are projected to exceed the budget, value-engineering solutions
will be offered to keep within your cost limits. This becomes significant
when construction documents are completed without embarrassing cost
surprises.
